1.  Applications
-     It is a training set that is specially produced for educational purposes. Simulation of industrial automation control systems, emphasizing the transmission of workpieces. workpiece sorting conveyor belt control moving the workpiece by lifting the handle mounted on aluminum profile base, separated into 4 continuous working stations.
Students can learn:
-     To operate control system of the Conveyor Belt, Turn table, Positioning 2 Axis and Lifting Platform.
-     To write a program to control the operation according to the conditions
-     To apply PLC programs onto the equipment.
-     To learn to control individual stations or the whole process.
-     To operate different types of sensors and materials.
-     To study the operations of air grippers
2.  System Specifications 
This training equipment this equipped with the following components:
-     First station: Conveyor Belt set:  1 set. The set includes:
·         Electronically controlled conveyor. Movements controlled by electrical motor.
·         Conveyor belt with width at least 3cm; 3 sets of conveyor belts
·         Conveyor belt rollers and other movement components; 3 sets
·         Input / Output connection ports for PLC connection; 3IN/3OUT provided.
·         A socket connection box provided for PLC connection.
·         Ability to connect to PLC via 2 methods: 1.
·          Continuous wiring with experimental wires 2. 25-pin wires.
·         Aluminum profile base at least 400x400mm.
-     Second station: Testing section set: 1 set
·         For workpiece inspection and operate by electrical system. Drive systems are operated by electrical motor and air cylinders.
·         A rotating disc is installed for workpiece inspection. The workpiece will be placed on the disc which will rotate to the sensor. Positions are detected and controlled by the sensor.
·         1 set of air cylinder set controlling to UP and DOWN position of the mechanical arm. 
·         1 set of air cylinder set controlling to LEFT and RIGHT position of the mechanical arm. 
·         1 set of air cylinder controlling the gripper of the mechanical arm.
·         1 set of rotating disc for workpiece inspection procedure.
·         1 set of inductive proximity sensor for detection and sorting of workpiece.
·         1 set of capacitive proximity sensor for detection and sorting of workpiece.
·         5 sets of position sensor.
·         Input / Output provided for PLC connection; 7IN / 6OUT.
·         A socket connection box provided for PLC connection.
·         Ability to connect to PLC via 2 methods: 1.

-     Third station: 1 set of 2-Axis Positioning: 1 set 
·         Vertical and horizontal workpiece transportation system. Controlled and driven by electrical motor and air cylinder.
·         1 set of an electrical motor drive set for LEFT and RIGHT movement.
·         1 set of an air cylinder drive set for UP and DOWN movement.
·         4 sets of position sensor provided.
·         1 set of air gripper
·         Input / Output for PLC connection; 4IN / 5OUT.

-     Manufacturer must have at least 10 years’ experience manufacturing similar training equipment
5. Maintenance and Service
-     Supplier must have experience of specialist/technical support with similar equipment.
-     Services are available through online consultation, spare parts transport, and service must be available locally or in neighboring countries (Southeast Asia). Technical service must be provided within 2 weeks after request.
-     On-site training for a maximum of 10 people for at least 2 days at the time of installation to ensure the participants know how use the instruments.
